Professor Jianling Zhang obtained her Ph.D. degree at Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), in 2003. She has been a Professor of Institute of Chemistry since 2012. Professor Zhang has published more than 180 papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals, such as Nat. Commun., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Acc. Chem. Res., etc. She has been granted National Outstanding Youth Science Fund, National Award for Natural Science, Beijing Municipal Award for Science and Technology, LU JIAXI Young Talent Award, etc. Professor Zhang is a Fellow of Royal Society of Chemistry, Associate Editor of RSC Advances and Editorial board of The Journal of Chemical Thermodynamics, and serves for some professional societies. The research interests of Professor Zhang's group cover the properties and applications of green solvent systems, which include constructing amphiphilic assemblies in green solvents, assembling functional materials in green solvents and adjusting reaction activities by green solvents.
